Build me a SaaS spend optimizer app that helps a small company see all of their subscriptions in one place, understand what they are spending, and get smart suggestions for saving money.

I want a simple dashboard where users can sign in, add and edit subscriptions, see charts for monthly spend, spot duplicates, and get recommendations for cheaper or unused tools. It should also show usage based insights so people can tell if they are paying for things nobody is really using. Add renewal reminders, team usage views, and an overall optimization score so the app feels useful at a glance.

Please make it work as a full product with a backend API, a web dashboard, and support for capturing receipts and usage from a browser extension and a desktop app. Use the existing project structure if possible, keep it easy to run locally with Docker, and if you need current docs for any libraries or integrations, look them up online.
