Build me a private, local use German learning app that feels a lot like Duolingo. I want a winding lesson path, daily streak, hearts, gems, XP, level progress, and lessons that adapt a bit based on how well I do. Include a short 5 question placement test that figures out whether someone should start around A1, A2, or B1.

The lessons should have a few exercise styles like fill in the blank, translation, fixing mistakes, matching words, and building sentences. I also want a cute 3D owl mascot that reacts when I do well or badly.

Please add an AI tutor tab where I can chat in German, get gentle corrections, and keep the API key on the server side. If no key is set, show a friendly message instead of breaking. Also make the owl and lesson feedback read German aloud using the browser voice when available.

Save progress locally so I can come back later. Make it polished and playable end to end, and check current docs online if you need to.
