Build me a Make a Lisp style learning project. I want a small Clojure inspired Lisp interpreter that someone can build step by step, starting with a simple REPL, then adding reading and printing, evaluation, environments and scoped variables, conditionals, functions, tail call optimization, loading files and mutation, quoting, macros, error handling, and finally a version that can run the language in itself.
The key thing is that this should feel like a teaching repo, not just a finished interpreter. Each step should be self contained, runnable, and testable so a learner can see what changed and why. I also want it to show the same little language implemented in lots of different programming languages, with a consistent process and shared tests so people can compare approaches.
Please include clear docs, examples, a process guide, and an easy way to run tests across implementations. If there are existing conventions for this kind of project, look up current docs online if you need to.
