Build me a Streamlit app called ResuTrack that helps people improve their resume for ATS systems.

I want users to upload a PDF resume, pick a target role, and instantly get an ATS score out of 100 with a clear breakdown for skills, formatting, keywords, and impact. The app should show what skills were found, what is missing, give actionable AI feedback, and rewrite one weak bullet into a stronger version. It should also generate interview questions from the resume and role, and let the user type an answer and get AI feedback on it.

Please make it save every scan so users can see their history, revisit old results, compare two scans, and track progress over time with charts. I also want a resume builder with a live preview and PDF export, a career roadmap page with role based guidance, and a job search page that shows live listings for the chosen role. Use a simple session based setup so each visitor keeps their own private history without needing an account. If you need current API details, look them up online.
