Build me a simple Windows app that makes yt dlp easy to use from a normal graphic interface.
I want to paste in a video link, pick the quality I want, and download it without dealing with command line stuff. It should support downloading a single chapter or a single stream, use cookies when needed, and let me save and reuse my settings. If possible, include support for an external downloader like Aria2 and make sure it works with FFmpeg for merging and processing media.
Please keep it portable and Windows only, with a clean, easy to understand interface. It would be great if it can switch languages too, since I may use it in different languages. If you need to look up current docs online for yt dlp or FFmpeg behavior, go ahead and do that.
