Build me a full stack web app for checking Indian Railway PNR status.

I want a clean, polished site where a user can enter a 10 digit PNR number, get the latest status back, and easily copy or share the result. It should handle bad input nicely, show loading and error states, and work well even if the network is flaky. Keep a small recent search list in the browser, and save private history on the server for that user.

The backend should hide all railway provider details, talk to a swappable provider layer, cache results, and use safe retries and timeout handling so it feels reliable. Please add basic security, rate limiting, and a simple feedback and usage record flow too. Include API docs, SEO friendly pages, sitemap, robots file, and a manifest. Make it easy to run locally with a default offline friendly provider, and also support Docker for a production style setup. If you need current docs for any tooling, look them up online first.
