Build me a polished demo app for Croquity, an autonomous treasury tool for DAOs on Cronos x402.

I want a clean dashboard where someone can see treasury programs like grants, bounties, payroll, and hackathon payouts, view recipients, amounts, status, transaction links, and a live agent activity feed that explains what the AI steward is doing in plain English. The agent should read program rules, create payout plans, check them against policy, and execute or simulate gas free USDC.e payouts on Cronos testnet using EIP 3009 style authorization.

Please include the smart contracts, the backend agent loop, and the frontend experience so it feels like one working product. The frontend should look premium and institutional, not like a basic admin panel.
