Build me a server side anti cheat plugin for Counter Strike 2 community servers that works with Metamod Source on Windows and Linux.

I want it to detect common cheat and exploit behavior like aimbot, aimlock, silent aim, bhop, autostrafe, anti aim, desubticking, doubletap, invalid cvar, invalid input, name changes, and suspicious movement or input spam. When it catches someone, it should be able to announce it in chat, show a center screen warning, log the details to the server console, run a configurable kick or ban command, and send a Discord webhook report.

Make it easy to install by dropping into the server folder, with a config file people can edit without touching code. Also include a status command and basic translation support for messages. If you need current Metamod or CS2 server docs, look them up online first.
