Build me a lightweight self hosted EPUB reader that lets me upload or open an ebook and read it one chapter at a time.

I want a simple local library page where I can see the books I have added, open one, move through the chapters, and easily copy the current chapter text into an LLM chat so I can read along with it. Keep it clean and minimal, like a tiny personal tool, not a full blown ebook app. If possible, make it easy to add more books later and remove them by deleting them from the local library folder.

I mainly care about something that works well for reading public domain EPUBs on my own machine, with a basic web interface and no unnecessary complexity. If you need to look up current docs or best practices for EPUB handling, feel free to do that.
