Build me a voice based patient registration system where a caller can speak their details naturally and the assistant collects everything, even if they say things out of order or correct themselves later. It should ask for the required patient info, optionally collect things like email and insurance, then read the full record back and only save it after the caller clearly confirms.

I want a FastAPI backend with validation for the patient fields, saving confirmed patients into PostgreSQL, plus a simple web dashboard to view and manage registered patients. The voice side should work through Vapi, with speech to text, text to speech, and tool calling so the assistant can send the confirmed patient data to the backend.
