Build me a Streamlit app called JARVIS that feels like a smart personal assistant in the browser.

I want it to listen to my voice, understand what I say, and answer in a chat style interface. If it thinks I’m happy, stressed, tired, or similar, it should be able to suggest something useful, like music or a helpful response.
