Reverse engineered prompt
I want a simple dental digital twin prototype built from this repo, using the files that are already here. Please turn the notebook work into something I can actually run and click through, ideally a small local app or a very clean notebook flow. It should let me view the 3D upper and lower jaw models, inspect the dental geometry, and show basic anomaly detection or classification results from the existing model and dataset.
I also want a lightweight simulation style view that helps explain possible dental changes or treatment outcomes in a visual way, even if it is just a first pass and not a full medical simulator. Keep it modular and easy to extend later for education, diagnosis support, and patient communication.
Please reuse the trained model, STL files, and any existing outputs where possible, clean up the project structure, and add simple instructions so a non technical person can run it. If anything is unclear, look up current docs online and make reasonable choices.
