Build me a secure open source desktop password manager for Windows, macOS, and Linux.

I want users to create, open, and save an encrypted offline password database that is compatible with KeePass KDBX 3 and 4. They should be able to store logins, passwords, web addresses, notes, attachments, custom fields, and icons, then organize everything into groups and find things quickly with search. Include a strong password and passphrase generator, TOTP codes, entry history, password health reports, and import from common password managers like CSV, 1Password, Bitwarden, Proton Pass, and old KeePass files.

It should support practical security features like YubiKey or OnlyKey challenge response, browser integration for major browsers, passkeys through the browser integration, typing passwords into other apps automatically, SSH agent support, and export to CSV, XML, and HTML. Please keep the app private by design, with all sensitive data encrypted and not exposed outside the program. Look up current docs online if you need to.
