Build me an iPhone app that turns the phone into a private local AI assistant. I want it to run mostly on device, let me chat naturally, and use phone features when I ask, like Calendar, Reminders, Contacts, Clipboard, Health data, voice, image understanding, and camera based live mode. It should feel like a real assistant that can answer directly or take action, and it should ask for confirmation when something is unclear or risky, like deleting things or sending messages.

Make it work offline when possible, with a simple way to download and manage the model inside the app. If a task needs more power, let me optionally connect to a Mac on the same network for remote inference.
