Build me a web app called Regenesis that takes a GitHub repository link and turns it into a reconstruction prompt I can copy into a coding agent.

I want a clean landing page where I can paste the repo URL, optionally choose a branch, and click a button to generate the prompt. Then show a result page with the repository info, the branch, the generated prompt, a copy to clipboard button, and a link back to the GitHub repo. Make it look polished and modern, with a dark futuristic feel, subtle animations, and a nice particle style background.

On the backend, make it fetch the repo from GitHub, inspect the file tree, figure out which files matter most based on imports and entry points, and build a deterministic prompt without relying on an AI model.
