Build me a Minecraft server plugin called DarkAI MC for Java servers, aimed at versions 1.17 through 1.21+. I want it to feel like an AI assistant for server admins. It should let me run simple commands like /ai fix, /ai scan, /ai build, /ai item, /ai trade, /ai config, /ai scan plugins, and /ai reload.

The plugin should read server logs and give helpful fixes, scan players for common cheats like speed, fly, reach, killaura and similar behavior, and punish them by kicking on the first offense and banning on repeated offenses.
