I want to build a set of "skills" for an AI agent to make it an expert on Obsidian. The main goal is to teach the AI how to properly read, create, and edit files in an Obsidian vault without messing up all the special syntax and file types.

The agent needs to understand Obsidian-flavored markdown, so it can work with things like wikilinks, embeds, callouts, and frontmatter properties. It should also be able to handle JSON Canvas files for my visual notes, letting it add and connect nodes. Please also add support for the newer Obsidian "Bases" feature for databases.

Finally, a couple of utility skills would be great: one for interacting with the Obsidian vault via its CLI, and another for cleaning up messy HTML from web pages into clean, minimal markdown. This project should follow the Agent Skills specification so it's compatible with modern coding agents.
