Build me a VS Code extension that lets two or more people collaborate in real time without signing in. I want a simple panel in the activity bar where I can click Share, get an invite link, and have someone else join the session easily.

The extension should support live editing, synced text selection, a shared chat where people can send images too, and basic workspace file syncing. If possible, also include shared terminal access and port forwarding so the other person can see what I am doing and run things with me.
