Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a service that runs a ready to use Chrome browser in the cloud for automations and web agents.

I want it to be easy to start a browser in a sandbox, connect to it from tools like Playwright or Puppeteer, and also watch or control it through a remote live view in the browser. It should support both a normal container setup and a lightweight unikernel style setup, since I want the fast startup and sleep and resume behavior too. If it makes sense, include the ability to keep a session around so I can reconnect later and not lose the browser state, like logged in cookies or the exact page I was on.

Please make sure there is a way to record the browser session and download the replay video as well. Keep the setup simple enough that I can run it locally for testing and then deploy it to a hosted environment. If you need current docs for any browser or streaming pieces, look them up online first.
