Build me a responsive landing page for a roller skate brand called Snitap. It should be a simple but polished HTML and CSS project, with a fun colorful feel and smooth animations.

I want a hero section with strong marketing text, images of skates, decorative elements, and animated text that changes between words. Add a header with logo and navigation, a moving banner with an infinite scrolling effect and animated gradient, a gallery section showing skate lifestyle images, and a footer with basic links or social icons.
