Build me an open source toolkit that collects AI coding agent skill files in one place. I want the skills to be plain markdown files called SKILL.md, organized into categories, with clear source attribution for anything adapted from other public repos.

Make it easy to install the skills into Hermes Agent, Claude Code, Cursor, OpenCode, Windsurf, Cline, or any custom skills folder. Include a simple installer that can list categories, show starter presets, install one category, install a preset, preview changes without copying, and validate the skill metadata. Please support normal shell usage and Windows with Python.

Also build a searchable catalog so people can browse the skills and categories, plus docs that explain what agent skills are, how to install them, how attribution works, and how to contribute. Include tests or validation so broken frontmatter, duplicates, and missing attribution are caught before release.
