Build me a private university lost and found web app called CampusFind.

Students should be able to sign in with Google using their campus email, create a lost item or found item request, and then see all of their requests in a personal dashboard. Each request should let them add a title, description, category, location, and tags. The app should automatically try to match lost and found posts using smart matching, show a confidence score with a short reason, and only show details to the relevant people.

When a strong match is found, send an email alert and let the two users chat in real time inside the app. Keep the chat private and only active while the match is open. Also include a simple confirmation flow where both sides have to confirm the item was received and returned before the match is marked resolved.
