Build me a simple local app called Citerion that lets me paste in a list of search style prompts, add my brand names or domains, add competitor names or domains, and then check how often we get mentioned in answers from ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. I want one clean dashboard that shows where my brand appears, where it is missing, how I compare against each competitor, which sources get cited the most, and a keyword by platform view where I can open the full answer and cited links.

Please make it prefer official APIs when keys are available, and only fall back to browser scraping if no key is set. I also want uploads for CSV or Excel files with a prompt column, saved settings, history of past runs so I can compare changes over time, and an Excel export of the results. A simple scheduled rerun option would be great too so I can track citation drift every week.

Keep the setup easy to run locally, and look up current docs online if you need to.
