Build me a web app that can watch a webcam or RTSP camera in real time, detect faces, and show the person’s emotion on the video feed. I want it to recognize the usual 7 emotions, draw a box and label on each face, and let me start or stop each camera from a simple dashboard.

It should also let me add cameras, view a live stream in the browser, and take a screenshot when needed, then save that image online so I can open it later. Keep track of the camera list, detection results, and screenshot history in a database, and make the whole thing easy to use from one page with a clean interface.
