Build me a browser based internal tool called Spec2Tests for Samsung Galaxy app teams. I want to link a FIGMA file using a file key and personal access token, sync it, and have the app pull out requirements from screens, callouts, tables, flows, and navigation between screens. Then let me review what was found frame by frame, choose a target automation style like Appium or Espresso, and generate Gherkin BDD feature and scenario files from those requirements.

It should stay fully on premises so no data leaves our network. I also want a simple login, project creation, async background processing for sync and test generation, and a review workflow where experts can approve, reject, request changes, and comment on scenarios. When FIGMA is synced again, only changed requirements should regenerate, and anything already approved should never be overwritten. Please include export as a ZIP of feature files grouped by suite, plus a basic monitoring page for background jobs. Make it easy to run locally with Docker, and look up current docs online if you need to.
