Build me a Discord bot in Python that uses discord.py and feels like a solid all purpose server helper.

I want it to handle moderation commands like kick, ban, unban, warn, clear warnings, purge, slow mode, lockdown, and unlocking channels, plus a custom server prefix. It should also have basic info commands like about, ping, and server info, and utility commands like say.

Add a set of text conversion commands too, like ASCII, binary, hex, octal, base64, Morse code, plus reverse text and reverse words. I also want a simple suggestions feature, and a few owner only commands for syncing and shutting the bot down.

If you can, include the machine learning features from the README too, like image detection and sentiment analysis. Make it reply when someone mentions the bot with the current prefix, block Discord invite links, and send unknown errors to a webhook. Use a MongoDB connection for saved data, and make the code clean and easy to extend with cogs. If you need to look up current docs online, feel free to do that.
