kisst/link-clear ? reverse-engineered prompt

Reverse engineered prompt

Build me an Android app that cleans tracking junk out of URLs.

I want to be able to paste a link, share a link into the app, or use a Quick Settings tile to clean whatever is on the clipboard. The app should show the cleaned link clearly, with buttons to copy it, share it, or open it. If possible, include a simple setting that can automatically do one of those actions after cleaning.

It should work offline by default using a bundled rules list for removing common tracking parameters. Also add an optional setting to try to resolve shortened links first, and another option to refresh the rules when the user asks for it. Keep it privacy friendly, with no background clipboard monitoring and no need for permissions unless they are really required for the optional network features.

Make the interface modern and simple, using Material style and a clean preview of before and after so users can see what got removed. If you need to check current Android docs or best practices, go ahead and look them up.
