Build me an installable AI frontend design toolkit for Claude Code and Codex that helps me design better looking frontend apps before any code gets written.

I want it to guide the whole process in a few clear stages, starting with a short interview to understand the product, then researching reference sites, then capturing the visual direction, motion style, and a written design contract that future AI runs can follow. It should keep a persistent design doc for the project, and include a strong anti slop check so the result does not feel generic or copy pasted.

Please make it work as a plugin style repo with clear setup instructions, a few reusable skills, and a clean README that explains how to start a new project and how to use it again later for small changes.
