Build me a Discord client mod bundle called ShiggyCord, based on Kettu, that can be loaded on Android and iOS through a custom URL. I want it to be something I can build locally, serve from my machine, and then point my mobile Discord loader at so the app pulls the bundle from my server instead of GitHub.

Please make sure it supports the flow described in the README, where I can enable developer settings, enter a custom ShiggyCord URL, reload Discord, and have it fetch the latest bundled code. It should be easy to rebuild after changes and simple to run locally for testing. If you need anything current from the docs, look it up online first.
