I want to build a self-hosted platform for managing newsletters and mailing lists, something like my own version of Mailchimp. It needs to be really high-performance and easy to run. The backend should be a single binary, maybe written in Go, and it should use a PostgreSQL database to store everything.

The main feature is a modern, clean web dashboard. From there, I need to be able to import and manage my subscriber lists, create and send out email marketing campaigns, and see how they perform. It should also handle transactional emails and ideally connect to an SMS gateway.

Please make this easy to deploy. The best way would be to set it up to run with Docker. Create a docker-compose.yml file that will launch both the application and the Postgres database it needs. Make sure to include a sample configuration file so I can easily set it up.
