Build me a Neovim plugin that lets me connect to databases and run SQL queries right inside the editor.

I want a simple UI where I can manage saved connections, open scratchpads for queries, and run either the current line, selected text, or the whole file against the active connection. Show the results in a separate pane, and make it easy to page through large result sets without leaving Neovim. Let me save scratchpads so they reopen later, rename or delete them, and edit connection settings from the tree view. Also add a few helpful key mappings and a :Dbee command so I can open, close, toggle, execute, and store results quickly.

Keep it lightweight and fast, and make it work without depending on external CLI database tools. If you need current install or Neovim plugin setup details, look them up online.
