knoop7/Ava — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me an Android app called Ava that turns an old phone, tablet, car head unit, or smart mirror into a Home Assistant control panel and voice assistant.
It should connect to Home Assistant through ESPHome style discovery, run as a voice satellite with a wake word, and let people control lights, AC, music, weather, and other smart home stuff by talking. It should work on Android 7 through 16 and be reliable for 24 hour use on cheap older devices.
I also want the device to act as a Bluetooth Low Energy proxy for Home Assistant when possible, so spare Android devices can extend Bluetooth coverage and help with presence detection. Add floating overlay windows for an always visible clock, weather, music album art, conversation subtitles, and full screen alerts like doorbells or alarms.
Include setup screens for permissions, connection status, voice service start and stop, Bluetooth settings, boot start, auto reconnect, and battery optimization guidance. Keep the design feeling native to Home Assistant. Look up current Android and Home Assistant docs online if needed.
