Build me a personal second brain that I can use from Telegram. I want to send voice notes, text, photos, forwarded messages, PDFs, receipts, and chat exports, then have the bot sort everything for me without me choosing folders.

It should transcribe voice, understand Russian and English reminders like “tomorrow at 9” or “через 30 минут”, create Todoist tasks, save clean linked Markdown notes into an Obsidian vault, and send Telegram reminder pings even if Todoist doesn’t. If I mention a real event with a time, ask me to confirm and then add it to Google Calendar.

I also want it to answer questions from my own notes, like when I last saw someone or what I spent in March. Add daily evening reports, morning nudges, duplicate file detection, basic privacy for sensitive health, finance, and journal areas, and simple setup instructions so it can run on my Mac or a small VPS.
