Build me a KDE Plasma 6 desktop productivity helper that makes it easier to stay on top of tasks without feeling like a separate app.

I want it to show what’s happening now, what’s next, and what can wait, with small Plasma widgets or panels that fit naturally into the desktop. It should have a persistent attention queue for reminders and follow ups, so things don’t disappear just because I dismissed a notification. I also want a quick capture flow for adding tasks, reminders, events, notes, or distractions fast, without breaking focus.

Please make it work with standard KDE and CalDAV compatible task sources, like Nextcloud Tasks, and keep some local state and settings too. Use a lightweight Python backend with QML or Kirigami based UI components for the desktop side. It should feel like part of Plasma, support shortcuts and notifications, and be easy to configure for quiet hours, reminders, and accessibility. If you need to look up current KDE docs online, go ahead.
