Build me a simple open source data project for Thailand’s geography, with provinces, districts, and sub districts, and make it easy to use in a few different ways. I want the data organized cleanly, with a clear latest version, and exports available as CSV, JSON, SQL, XLSX, and XML. It should also include ready to use JSON files that people can fetch directly from GitHub, including flat lists and nested views like province with districts and sub districts.

Please add a small Python based workflow that can validate the data, export the different file types, and generate the API files from one command. Include schema checks, basic documentation, and examples showing how to load the data from Python and Node. Keep the names updated to the newer style, like district and sub_district instead of the older terms, and make the project feel clean and easy for others to contribute to.
