Build me a clean, modern website for a business called Karobaar using this existing React and Vite project. The README is basically just the starter template, so please turn it into a real polished site instead of leaving the default app.

Use the photos and videos already in the repo wherever they make sense. I want it to feel like a professional landing page, with a strong home section, a short about section, a place to show what the business offers, a media or gallery section, and an easy way for visitors to get in touch.
