Build me an open source CompanyOS web app where I can run multiple AI agents for a company from one place.

I want a dashboard where a user can talk to one main assistant, start tasks from messages, schedules, webhooks, and app events, and watch background agents work in parallel without blocking. It should feel like a company as code setup, where agents, skills, memory, and connectors all live in one repo and can be shared across a team.
