kos-lang/kos ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a working copy of this Kos scripting language project so I can compile it and try it out locally.

I want the repo to build cleanly, the tests to pass, and the language to be runnable from the command line so I can execute a simple script like Hello, World and a small example with loops and imports. If anything is missing or broken, please fix it so the current codebase is in a usable state. Also make sure the setup steps are clear enough that I can follow them from scratch on a fresh machine.

If there are any obvious issues in the docs or example scripts, update those too so they match how the language actually works now. Look up current build or dependency docs online if you need to, and keep the project small, stable, and easy to use.
