Build me a private teleprompter web app that works offline and feels polished on desktop and mobile.

I want to paste in a script, then read it hands free while the text scrolls along with my voice using the browser’s built in speech recognition. It should also let me control it with a few simple voice commands like go to the start, go back, go next, and go to the finish. Please include a clean editor view and a reading view, with options to start over and jump back to editing easily.

Make it easy to customize too, with font size, line spacing, margins, text and background colors, dark and light themes, mirror mode for a teleprompter setup, screen rotation for iPhone or iPad, and the option to preserve line breaks. It would be great if it can record video and audio while I read, and save recent scripts locally so I can reopen them later. Please keep everything on device, no external services, and make it installable like a normal app.
