Build me a tiny Android app that can download a plugin APK from a server, save it on first launch, and then load it so the app can open the plugin’s screens and run its service too.

I want it to feel like a small stub app that starts fast, checks for the plugin, fetches it from a remote URL, and then launches the plugin automatically after it’s installed in the app’s own storage. It should also be able to use resources from the plugin APK, not just code. Keep it compatible with older Android phones, ideally Android 5.0 and up, and make the stub as small and lightweight as you can.

Use the usual Android app setup, and if you need to look up current docs online, do that. Please include a simple demo flow so I can install the stub, run it once, let it download the plugin, and then see the plugin app start from inside it.
