Build me a small Python app that lets me control Adobe Illustrator with natural language through an MCP server.

I want to be able to connect it to tools like Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, or VS Code Copilot, then ask for things like a simple logo, a vector scene, or a clean icon, and have it send the right script to Illustrator and create the art for me. It should work on both Windows and macOS, use Illustrator automation under the hood, and include a way to capture a screenshot of the Illustrator window too.

Please also add a few helper commands for prompt suggestions, prompt tips, and a good system prompt so the AI can make better illustrations. Make it easy to run locally, with a simple start command and clear setup instructions. If you need to look up the current MCP docs or platform specific automation details online, go ahead.
