Build me a Hermes Agent skill for Nextcloud that lets me manage my own self hosted account right from chat. I want to be able to list, upload, download, move, and delete files, create and edit notes, view and create calendar events, manage tasks, and browse contacts, all through a simple command line helper behind the scenes.

Please make it work with a Nextcloud URL, username, and app password, and include a guided setup that checks the connection and saves the credentials securely in a local env file. It should use HTTPS only and talk to Nextcloud through the normal web based APIs for files, notes, calendar, tasks, and contacts, so I do not need any extra service or desktop client. Keep the commands easy to use and include a clear check command so I can verify everything is working after setup. If you need to look up current docs online, go ahead and do that.
