Build me a Linux command line secret manager in Go that feels paranoid and simple to use.

I want to store things like GitHub tokens, AWS keys, and seed phrases in a local file that gets encrypted, then locked so it cannot be edited or deleted unless it is unlocked first. When I run the tool, it should never print secrets to the terminal, it should copy the chosen secret straight to the clipboard instead.

The flow should be setup first with a base password and a secrets file, then normal daily use where it asks for a time based password and a quick human style clipboard handshake before showing a menu of saved secrets. After that I can pick one and it gets copied silently.

Make it work cleanly on Linux, use the clipboard, and include a straightforward setup command and a daily unlock command. If you need to check current docs for anything system specific, go ahead and look them up.
