Build me a cinematic fan site for Chainsaw Man that feels like a scrolling story experience, not a normal gallery.

I want seven character chapters for Aki, Asa, Denji, Makima, Power, Reze, and Himeno, each with its own colors, short bio, and quote, plus a full screen intro loading screen with music choice and an easy way into the main page. The page should have a fixed animated visual layer with floating character portraits, subtle grain, glow, and cursor and scroll reactive motion.

Inside each character chapter, add a RUN MODE that opens a focused image gallery for that character, with the active image centered as the main focus, nearby images still visible, and simple controls for mouse movement, drag, swipe, arrow keys, buttons, progress dots, and Esc to exit.
