Build me a clean personal NixOS setup repo with flakes for my machines and my home config.

I want to be able to define a few different computer setups, like my laptop and desktop, and switch between them easily with one command. Also include a separate Home Manager setup for my user stuff, so I can manage my shell, editor, and dotfiles outside of the full system config.

Make it organized and easy to extend, with shared settings reused where it makes sense, and separate host specific configs for each machine. It should be ready to run with the usual rebuild commands, and I should be able to update everything from the flake when needed.
