Build me a website for Kappa Theta Pi at UGA that has both a public marketing site and a private member portal.
The public side should include a homepage, rush info, a public member roster, a blog, sponsorship and hackathon pages, links, and the usual policy pages like privacy and code of conduct. It also needs a login page and a QR check in page for events. The private side should support four kinds of users, member, admin, pledge, and rushee, each with their own dashboard and the right sections like announcements, calendar, directory, meetings, interviews, polls, files, photos, messages, settings, and attendance where appropriate.
Use single sign on for login, make the blog content come from a headless CMS, and keep real chapter data behind server side API calls instead of putting it in the browser. The design should feel polished and easy for chapter members to use on desktop and mobile. If you need current docs for any of the auth or framework pieces, look them up online first.
