Build me a friendly AI roleplay chat app called Risu where people can create characters, chat with them, and make their own stories. It should work as both a web app and a desktop app, with a clean mobile friendly interface and a few visual themes.

Users should be able to connect different AI providers like OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, OpenRouter, local models, and similar services. Let them make single character chats or group chats, add character images that change with emotions, attach images, audio, and videos, and use text to speech for replies.

I also want useful roleplay tools like lorebooks for world memory, automatic translation for inputs and outputs, editable prompt order, variables or conditions in prompts, regex based output cleanup or custom display, plugins for adding features, and long term memory so conversations can keep context over time.

Use the modern stack from the project, and look up current docs online if needed. Make it polished enough that a normal person can install it and start chatting without confusion.
