Build me an Android first curriculum planner for FEU Tech BS Computer Engineering students that also works in the browser.

It should let a student import their saved SOLAR Program Curriculum HTML file, validate that it is the right kind of file, and turn the official course sequence into a personal trimester board. The app should show completed, current, and future courses, let users drag courses around between terms, handle lecture and lab pairs together, support retakes, and block moves that break prerequisites or corequisites. I also want a clear progress area where students can mark courses as passed, active, pending, or retake, enter grades, and see their GWA per term.

Please make it feel polished and easy to use on both desktop and Android, with responsive side panels or bottom sheets, zoom and pan on the board, different color themes, and simple warnings for light or heavy loads. If you need current docs for Expo or Supabase, look them up online first.
