Build me a self hosted content assistant I can run locally with a simple web dashboard, plus a basic CLI if it makes sense. I want to paste in RSS feeds, podcast links, YouTube videos or channels, article URLs, GitHub repo links, images, or plain text, and have it turn them into transcripts, summaries, action items, longer articles, and ready to post social captions.

I want one place where I can review sources, see processing status, edit generated content, and manage a queue of posts for LinkedIn, Threads, Facebook, and X or Twitter. It should support scheduling with recurring time slots, daily limits, and automatic queueing. Include image upload and stock image search, and let me generate different tones like professional, casual, witty, educational, or promotional.

Please support OpenAI by default, with an option to use local Ollama models too. For audio and video, use Whisper style transcription. If possible, include API docs and sensible setup instructions so I can get it running without much fuss. You can look up current docs online if needed.
