Build me a KDE Plasma 6 desktop rice that brings the Caelestia look and feel over to KDE in a polished way. I want the celestial aesthetic, a cohesive dark Material You style, dynamic colors from the wallpaper, and custom Quickshell widgets that feel native inside KDE instead of like a rough port.

Please include the quality of life stuff shown in the project, like screenshot and screen recording tools, color picker, emoji picker, clipboard history, Google Lens, a shortcuts cheatsheet, and the little dino game.
